Hello out there in Radioland!

Harvest season is nearly upon us once again.

KXCJ-LP has added some new DJ's in the past couple of months and we're super excited to be filling more of the schedule with local talent.

Be sure to tune in Wednesday's at 9pm for "Lady's Power Hour" with your host Miss Cellaneous, followed (every other week) by "Hip Hop and Head-Nods" with Sol Good!

And for all you night owls out here in the valley, tune in Saturday's from midnight to 2am for "Squirrel's Late Night Album Show"!

We're also planning for a November telethon featuring local musicians LIVE from the studio for 12 straight ours, folks! Be sure to stay tuned for the details on that.

As always, if you'd like to get involved here at the station, we are always looking for new DJ's and volunteers!

Luckily, the fire activity here in the I.V. has been minimal as of late. As the fires rage all around us, we urge listeners to prepare for the worst and pray for the best.

Tune in at 4:55pm on most weekdays for "Junction Drive @ 5 of 5" - for fire updates and more. 

In the event of a major fire emergency, tune into KXCJ-LP for up-to-date info on danger-zones, evacuation details and more.
